Below, you’ll find some tips and suggestions to ensure a seamless, productive experience here at ABB.
Edit your listing
We understand that you may need to edit your listing once it’s been submitted, and you don’t want to have to email someone, wait for a response, and hope the right changes are made – so we’ve made it easy to take care of the updates yourself.
Make sure you are logged in, go to ‘My Dashboard’ (top right corner) and you’ll find a summary of your listings. Locate the listing you’d like to edit and then click on the PENCIL ICON next to the ad in question. This will bring up your listing in edit mode, where you can change the price, description, image, or other details.
Click UPDATE AD to save your changes. Voila! You’re done.
Delete your listing
Congratulations! Your item has sold. In order to keep our listings fresh and current, we ask that all sold listings be deleted immediately once the sale is completed.
Once your ad is sold, you can mark you ad MARK AS SOLD which will take it offline but not delete from your dashboard. Then, should the sale not continue for whatever reason, you can then relist the ad and it goes up live.
If you want to delete the ad altogether, simply go to your dashboard (‘My Dashboard’ in the top right corner) and locate the ad you want to delete. Click on RED X on the right hand side of the advert and the ad will be removed entirely from the site.
Please note that once your listing has been deleted, it cannot be retrieved. If for some reason you need to re-list an item, you’ll have to recreate the listing.
View a seller’s full list of items
If you find an item you love and want to see what else the seller has for sale, simply click on the ‘View Seller’s Profile’ button in green on the listing. This will bring up a full list of their items, with a link to each listing. Buying multiple items from one seller is a great way to purchase in bulk – and maybe get a package deal, if you’re lucky!
Forgot your username/password?
Simply click on the ‘FORGOT PASSWORD‘ link on login page and enter either your email address or username and we’ll send you a new password promptly.
If you have tried to recover your password with no luck, please contact us directly at hello@babybargains.com.au and include your username and email address. We’ll promptly reset your password for you.
