What are the defects?

The toy may liberate small parts during use as it does not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation).

What are the hazards?

The plastic plugs, if removed, may pose a potential choking hazard to young children.
